We start by sourcing the best citrus fruit we can find: Valencia oranges, Seville oranges, and bergamot from Lindcove Ranch, a family farm in the San Joaquin Valley. We have been working with the Kirkpatrick family for years because they grow incredible fruit in a way that takes care of California’s farmland. The blend of three citrus fruits gives us the suggestion of sweetness, perfumed aromatics, and a hint of tanginess that adds depth to cocktails. The Process Making California Citrus Vodka fills every inch of our 65,000-square-foot distillery with the evocative aromas of an orange grove. We distill the Valencia, Seville, and bergamot separately so we can blend them to account for the natural changes in flavor that happen season to season.
