Great taste. No burn.
I typically mix with Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Adding a bit of cherry juice and a Maraschino Cherry is a special treat.

Way better than plain Evan!!
Years ago I was asked to try Evan Williams in lieu of Jack Daniels. I did and instantly switched. They are so close that paying the big premium for Jack was not worth it. Subsequent blind comparisons further prove the point. Evan has been my go to bourbon ever since. Sometimes you want to step up a notch. When 1783 made its debut. I really liked it. So smooth with no firery burn. I compared it to other premium bourbons. Again just like my experience with Evan Williams versus Jack Daniels, any very slight difference in taste is just not worth the extra cost. It's now my go to small batch or single barrel bourbon. Fantastic job, folks!!
