      Fresh cinnamon, black peppercorn, a hint of tangerine and grapefruit zest

      Powerfully spicy, with cocoa, cardamom and cured leather flavors

      Wonderfully lengthy, with baking spices, vanilla and hints of citrus

      Ingredients
      1.5 oz WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye
      .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
      .5 oz Blueberry Pie Syrup (simple syrup)
      3 oz. Topo Chico (or other mineral water)
      Steps
      1 Shake rye, lemon juice and blueberry pie syrup over ice.
      2 Strain into a Collins glass and top with Topo Chico.
