      Beyond the Label

      A very special release in our experimental wood maturation series for Tod & Vixen's Dry Gin 1651.  Cask strength releases are normally reserved for premium Scotch Whiskies.  But, after tasting the barrels our single malt whisky minds took over and we decided to release two special barrels in all their glory straight from the cask.   

      Add a splash of spring water to bring enjoy this special release.  The initial full rum flavor is brightened by the citrus and herbaceous notes from the gin.  All of this gives way to a wonderful tropical finish of pineapple that is pleasantly long.  For the bold, enjoy siping it neat.
