      Beyond the Label

      When The Block Distilling Co. set out to make gin we quickly came to realize there were too many amazing botanicals, citrus, and spices to play with. How could we restrict ourselves to just one gin? We didn't. We created four, with each being The Block's expression of the season. Starting with The Block Vodka as a base the botanicals are macerated at room temperature to ensure we only extract the best of the flavors.

      The Block's Summer Gin will take you right to the warm beach with a lounge chair and a drink with a little umbrella. Flooded with citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit, pomelo, yuzu, orange) this gin comes across beautifully sweet on the front and finishes nice and crisp. This is a dry gin martini drinker's perfect companion. Oh you wanted a G&T, well look no further.

      Put Some Flare on my G&T

      Ingredients
      1.5 oz The Block Summer Gin
      .5 oz Aperitif (like Aperol)
      3 oz Tonic
      Garnish Lime Wheel
      Steps
      1 Add 6-8 cubes of ice to a large rocks glass.
      2 Add gin and aperitif then top with tonic.
      3 Give just a gentle stir then garnish with a lime wheel.
      4 Enjoy.
