The natural world shines through this perfectly balanced gin, made in small batches with real botanicals like juniper, cinnamon, citrus peels, elder flower and allspice. We make “The Naturalist” from scratch, milling the grains, fermenting the mash, and distilling the spirit in two types of stills. It’s time to get back to nature. Each 100-gallon batch of the Naturalist is distilled using our smaller pot still, known as “The Queen,” and we’ve infused the spirit with a lush combination of 12 botanicals, including coriander, elder flower, Jamaican allspice, two types of cinnamon and three types of citrus.
