      3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
      2 teaspoons Superfine Sugar
      10 Mint Leaves
      Splash of Club Soda
      Steps
      1 Muddle mint, lime, and sugar in a glass.
      2 Add rum, ice and stir vigorously.
      3 Top with soda water.
      4 Garnish with a mint sprig.
