      Aromatic

      It opens with inviting aromas of caramelized brown sugar, pipe tobacco, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and orange peel, while finishing with endlessly silky notes of baked apple crumble and roasted Brazilian nut.

      Pears Flambé

      Dark Molasses, macadamia nut, with hints of smoke and caramelized pears create cascading waves of pleasure .

      Baking Spice

      Crème caramel, flamed orange rind are balanced by espresso bean and clove.

      Dried Apricot

      Dried apricot, honey-roasted almonds, nutmeg and ginger linger seductively on the palate. Mouth-watering and dangerously smooth.

      BAKED APPLE

      Tarte tatin, cigar box, butterscotch, cedar, lush chocolate-covered cherries invite sip after delicious sip.

      Make a Cocktail

      Old Cuban

      Ingredients
      1 1/2 ounces SelvaRey Owner's Reserve
      3/4 ounce Simple syrup
      3/4 ounce Lime juice, freshly squeezed
      6 whole Mint leaves
      2 dashes Angostura bitters
      2 ounces Champagne
      Steps
      1 Muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker.
      2 Add the rum and the bitters and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
      3 Strain into a coupe glass.
      4 Top with Champagne 5.
      5 Garnish with a mint sprig.
