We deconstructed the flavors of a Manhattan cocktail by finishing our whiskey in separate 53-gallon cherry brandy, vermouth, and bitters barrels. This final whiskey blend highlights the fresh cherry sweetness, herbaceous vermouth, and botanical spice of the classic cocktail.
