Sagamore Spirit Double Oak Rye Whiskey is aged for an additional nine months in wave stave barrels. This unique finishing process increases the surface area of the barrel that helps imparts a rich and naturally flavorful touch to this spirit. Aging with wave staves increases the surface area that imparts flavor to our whiskey, developing mature and rich flavors.
