Aroma
On the nose, you’ll find cab franc, blackcurrants, dried figs, cherry pie, Fuji apple, mint and dill.
Palate
The good warm sugar maple, cinnamon and vanilla notes you’ll find in a bourbon, but which then dissolve to a nice bit of malt and spice on the back palate indicative of American Ryes.
Finish
A medium to long finish with baking spices.
