Rebel Cask Strength is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey handcrafted according to the original 1849 "wheated" recipe developed at the now-famous Stitzel-Weller Distillery. The bourbon in this collection has been aged a minimum of four years, hand-picked from extraordinary barrels, and then bottled at cask strength (120-proof) to deliver a more complex flavor with a defiantly smooth finish.

Rebel comes from a family of brands that have grown in their renown: Ezra Brooks, David Nicholson, and Blood Oath. As a wheated bourbon, clocking in at 120-proof, it lives up to the balance of tradition and rebelliousness the brand is built upon. On the nose, you'll discover the aromas of toasted marshmallows and candied walnuts. The wonderful balance of wild honey, ripened fruit, and a clear nod to that wheated element are on the palate. This evolves into toasted oak and honey that lingers with a balance of brown sugar and a smokey leather finish. It really is a classic bourbon that offers a range of complexity.
