      Beyond the Label

      Distilled in our unique Farday still in the mountains of South Wales, the Rich Oak is our latest addition to the Gold Range. Matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks gives a spicer and more woody experience with cinnamon and pepper combining with the sweetness of fudge and lush fruit. Bottled at 46% abv and Non Chill Filtered to give the best texture and mouthfeel. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.

      Serve neat or with a small drop of water in a tasting, tulip or Glencairn glass. Penderyn's Gold Range are some of our finest whiskies, distilled drop by drop and aged to perfection. The aroma and quality of the whiskies will reveal themselves best to be patient.

      Orchard Highball

      Ingredients
      2 dashes. Angostura Bitters
      1 Squeeze of Fresh Lime
      2 oz. Ginger Ale
      Steps
      1 Take a clean highball glass, fill with ice, squeeze the lime and drop inside.
      2 Add bitters and Penderyn, a splash of ginger ale, and top with cloudy apple juice.
