This Peerless Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon was selected by a panel of NYWSC and SFWSC judges, including Fred Minick, Zach Johnston, Brad Japhe, and Lee Diaz, as a part of the Tasting Alliance's “Shades of Blue” series. This series endeavors to further recognize and promote astounding multi-award-winning distilleries, having received top marks at Tasting Alliance-hosted programs. We collaborated to select distinct releases that capture the voice and virtue of the work behind this brand. Maybe it's the generations of history, the mystique of an undisclosed mash bill, or their approach to using a strictly sweet mash process—the result is astounding. Developed by the Tasting Alliance, President, Amanda Blue, each single barrel selection in this program is picked by a panel of past and current judges that have leant their expertise to award astounding submissions and are now joining in picking incredible barrels.
