And the team at Old Forester pulled out all of the stops, giving us access to a truly spectacular barrel that tops 130-proof. This is classic Old Forester with tremendous nuance, and the profile expands all the more as you let this sit with a rock. You smell dark fruit, pecan, toasted sugar, clove, and cola on the nose. This awakens your senses with every sip that reveals flavors of dark chocolate, marzipan, graham cracker, cinnamon, and cherry.
