Nami is the first sake made in Mexico. A sake that respects the Japanese traditional craft with Mexican heart. For its creation we only use Yamadanishiki rice, considered the most premium rice variant in sake making, and its free of tannins, sulfites & preservatives. Nami is proudly crafted a 100% by Mexican hands which imprints their passion and joy of our people, giving its unique taste with a fresh and aromatic character. It is less acidic & astringent than wine, which makes it the ideal option to pair with all types of cuisines. Nami has been awarded in the most prestigious sake competitions around the world, such as the International Sake Challenge in Tokyo, Japan.
