      Mount Gay XO is a small-batch blend of carefully selected mature rums. It is distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills and matured in ex-American whiskey, bourbon and cognac casks. A round and complex rum, XO delivers flavors of salted caramel, baked fig, clove and dark chocolate. XO is best served neat, or with a coconut water ice cube for a seasonal twist.
