      Fermented from premium first-run Caribbean and Hawaiian molasses, then distilled and blended with reverse osmosis water to proof. Crisp and clean as it enters the palate, with mild hints of sugar cane and citrus. Firm but welcome ethanol backbone that ends dry and bright.
