Nose
Tropical fruit notes of guava, banana and papaya are brightened by aromas of fresh cut limes and sweet mandarin peel and balanced by white flowers, holy leaves, papal quelite, acuyo, cooked agave and piloncillo and a hint of wet earth.
Palate
Smooth and complex, evolving on the palate. A long finish mirrors the citrus notes found on the nose.

We are proud to offer you our ancestral Tobalá mezcal. Celebrating the sacred traditions of our village, Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, we roast highest quality Tobalá agave for distillation in a clay pot still. Considered by many to be the crown jewel of agave varietals, Tobalá is renowned for its complexity and balance. Our expression features notes of tropical fruits, herbs, piloncillo, and wet earth.
