Celebrating the sacred traditions of our village, Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, we roast the highest quality Coyote agave for distillation in a clay pot still. Our Coyote expression combines notes of dry scented herbs such as holy leaf, epazote, and pine needles with the bright citrus aromas of lime and grapefruit peel.
