      Beyond the Label

      A full bodied dry vermouth made from muscat cannelli and chardonnay and infused with herbs and spices, including fennel, elderflower, coriander and anise. A well balanced dry vermouth somewhere in between a traditional sweet vermouth and a bianco style.

      Enjoy with your favorite soda or tonic, in a spritz or in classic cocktail recipes (it's a great stand in for gin!) Also pairs well with dry cider, gin, and rye whiskey.

      Ingredients
      1.5 Parts Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth
      1.5 Parts London dry style gin
      2 dashes Orange bitters
      Garnish Lemon peel
      Steps
      1 Combine ingredients in a cocktail pitcher and stir with ice.
      2 Pour into a coupe or martini glasses and garnish with lemon peel.
