      Leblon Cachaca Rum is an award-winning, handcrafted Brazilian Rum that is named after the affluent neighborhood and popular beach in Rio de Janerio. Overseen by Gilles Merlet, one of the world’s pre-eminent Master Distillers, Leblon Cachaca's outstanding quality and superb taste are a result of meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process, from the cutting of the fresh sugar cane, fermentation, and distillation, to the filtering, blending, and resting for up to six months.

      A lively, fruity nose with complex layers of spices and fruits, this Brazilian white rum warms in the mouth and leaves a gentle sweetness in the middle of the tongue that flowers as it lasts. With an ultra-smooth finish and light to medium body, this rum liquor is a versatile drink mixer that pairs well with almost any fruit and couples nicely with herbs, spices and liqueurs.       Tequila-like nose with transparent fruity and herbal notes and undertones of vanilla, caramel and fresh cut sugar cane.

      Flavor

      Pleasing layers of cane, spices, and fruits. Clean taste, silky texture. Smooth entry, creamy full body, toasty vanilla, crème brulè, butterscotch. Spirit warms in the mouth and leaves a gentle sweetness in the middle of the tongue that flowers as it lasts. Much like a refined tequila.

      Finish

      Long cleansing finish, sweet and balanced, fresh and clean.

      BODY

      Light to medium.

      Make a Cocktail

      Leblon Caipirinha

      Ingredients
      1.5 oz Leblon Cachaça
      1/2 lime Cut into wedges
      2 tsp Superfine sugar or 1oz simple syrup
      Steps
      1 Muddle the lime and sugar in a shaker.
      2 Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça.
      3 Shake well and serve in a rocks glass.
      4 Garnish with a lime wedge.
