A beautiful kit was mailed to us, which included three barrel options, fresh limestone filtered water (like you would find at the distillery), and a graduated cylinder. This selection would become a beautiful blend of science and magic, resulting in the Single Barrel Select Rye you see before you. First and foremost, I love the golden honey hue of this pour. As you admire this beautiful color, the aromas of this Rye will greet you with a nose full of brown sugar, graham cracker, and honey with a clear hint of that Rye.
