      Booker Noe created Knob Creek® to bring back the big, full flavors that were the standard of pre-prohibition bourbons.

      In 2019, Knob Creek® is proud to present another LTO that celebrates Booker's full flavor vision. Knob Creek® Quarter Oak takes our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and finishes it in quarter casks for a minimum of four years. The smaller casks increase the amount of interaction between whiskey and wood, creating heavy oak notes in the liquid. That whiskey is then batched back in with our Straight Bourbon Whiskey to balance the oak flavor with traditional sweet notes.
