Maguey Tobalá Blanco is an un-aged agave spirit that showcases the unique flavors of the Tobalá agave cultivated from a single estate in the mountains near Chilpancingo, MX. The agaves are cooked and juiced using traditional methods that impart subtle smoke and notes of dried fig and wild grass, before being distilled and bottled here in California.
