IYLIA’s signature collection consists of quality wine from the Valencia region of Spain, where the famously temperate climate is known for producing exceptional grapes. Our model involves working with generationally skilled artisans in a part of the world where the soil and sun provide the perfect balance to bring you a luxurious glass of wine. Tasting Notes
These grapes are known for an intense earthy flavor accompanied by lusciously dark fruits and berries, perfect for a full-bodied, complex red wine. We carefully select the best grapes during harvesting and then further enhance this flavor profile by aging the wine for 24 months in American oak barrels. The end result is a luxuriously smooth, bold wine, reminiscent of ripe fruits and oak.
