      Our fifth release is matured predominantly in first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks — including Pedro Ximenez casks — plus refill casks, ex-bourbon casks and a small quantity of first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks, all hand selected by Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker.

      Highland Park Cask Strength No. 5 is non-chill filtered to present the whisky in its purest form, and delivers a robust and intense character with an extraordinary depth, complexity, and balance.
