      Make a Cocktail

      Ingredients
      1 1/4 oz. Highland Park 12
      1/2 oz. Crème de Peche
      3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
      3/4 oz. Honey syrup 2:1
      2 dashes Angostura bitters
      2 Strawberries
      Steps
      1 Add Strawberries to a cocktail tin and give a light muddle.
      2 Combine all the remaining ingredients (except soda / ginger ale) into the shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
      3 Double strain into an ice filled highball glass and top with your preference of soda or ginger ale.
