About
Spring floral nose. fruity and full-bodied on the palate with a silky finish, this creation by Hakushika and Regis Camus is all about elegance and warmth. Located in the Hyogo prefecture Hakushika became famous in the 1600s for its innovation in sake brewing technics. Hakushika means “white deer” in Japanese and is a symbol of longevity. The unique Heavensake smoothness comes from French Assemblage Master Regis Camus who was the first to apply champagne blending techniques to sake. HEAVENSAKE only produces sake which are “Junmai” (pure in Japanese), which means they are the result of natural fermentation using only three ingredients: water, rice and koji. Rich and dry taste profile, free from gluten or sulfites, this exceptional Sake is to be enjoyed chilled in a wine glass. A Taste of Heaven!
