      The Kentucky Series is a limited release that honors our Kentucky homeplace, exploring its terroir and highlighting how diverse campus landscapes uniquely impact the flavors of our liquid. The three unique offerings were laid down with the same mashbill at the same time - the only difference being the campus in which each was aged. We invite you to explore the range of Kentucky terroir flavor through this special release.

      Clermont Campus

      Nose: Burnt Sugar tripled with matured toasted oak and sweet vanilla. Palate: Forward caramelized oak, followed by brown spices and hints of seasoned leather. Finish: Smooth and sweet with lingering warmth.

      Frankfort Campus

      Nose: Delicate oak wood with hints of campfire and cigar box. Palate: Concentrated sweet caramel and raisin with gentle floral tobacco. Finish: Sweet oak and aged wood tones.

      Boston Campus

      Nose: Toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, and slight coconut. Palate: Soft caramel and vanilla with oak tones, faded hazelnut. Finish: Sweet baking spices.
