We burn our White Oak barrels to the level of Char #4 – the alligator char - so that the bourbon can almost touch the red layer where so much flavor resides. We use a non-chill filtered process that allows the authentic texture of the bourbon to show up in the mouthfeel. The bottle design itself helps protect against damaging UV rays. And for that added touch of craftsmanship, the cap is hand-dipped in wax.
