This column distilled Panamanian Rum aged for a minimum 12 years in fourth and fifth used ex-bourbon American White Oak Barrels, some which previously held sherry. The natural color reflects the barrels used, while approaching a neutral status, minimizes the oak influence in terms of color and flavor while providing an environment to gracefully aged our Panamanian Rum. “Soft and perfumed aromas of white honey with whipped cream, coconut shavings, and sugar cane are indulgent on the nose.
