This award-winning blend of aged rum is finished in once used rye whiskey barrels for three years. Resulting in a beautiful mahogany color. A complex nose of pepper and chocolate. A spicy molasses and plum palate. With a dry and elegant finish. Like bourbon or aged whiskey it’s best sipped neat, on the rocks or mixed in a classic cocktail like The Rye ’n Goslings.

      Rye 'n Gosling

      Ingredients
      2 oz. Goslings Family Reserve Old Rum Rye Finish
      1/4 oz. Amaretto
      3 oz. Pineapple Juice
      4-5 slices. Jalepeno
      5-6 dashes. Rose Water
      Steps
      1 Throw all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until frothy and cold.
      2 Double strain into a large coupe or rocks glass with 1 large cube.
      3 Garnish with Pineapple Fronds and dried Rose Buds.
      4 Adaptation of the original recipe by Reece Sims @whiskeymuse.
