      1 oz. Good Trouble Bourbon
      1/2 oz. VSOP Cognac
      1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
      1/2 oz. Simple Sugar
      5 Large Leaves Muddled Mint
      1 Lime wedge and Large Mint Sprit (1 ea.)
      Steps
      1 Add Lime, sugar syrup and mint to the mixing tin, muddle thoroughly, add Cognac, add Good Trouble Bourbon, add large ice, shake vigorously.
      2 Double strain over fresh ice, garnish and serve.
