Experience Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot and 2% Malbec, drawn from grapes grown in various Napa AVAs, including estate grapes from Oak Knoll as well as purchased grapes from Rutherford and Atlas Peak. Amazingly, 24% of the juice for this wine was barrel fermented and barrel-aged in new French oak. This treatment is typically found only in some of Napa's most expensive bottlings and adds tremendous depth and intensity. The remainder of the wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in neutral oak.

(Napa Valley) With small percentages of Merlot and Malbec added to the blend, this red offers a juicy blackberry flavor and smooth, integrated tannins. It iscohesive on the palate, with light accents of baking spice and mocha around the layers of rich fruit. - V.B. Published 11/1/2020

This 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards in Rutherford, Oak Knoll District, Howell Mountain, Oakville, and Diamond Mountain AVAs. 17% of the wine is barrel-fermented and barrel-aged in new French Oak, while the balance was fermented traditionally in stainless steel tanks then moved to French neutral oak for balance.
