This is great stuff
Went to my local store and they were out of my usual Evan Williams bottled-in-bond. I picked up this 1783 as a fill in. This was my lucky day!! This is smooth and clean with a stout oak finish. This is my new everyday favorite for sure.

Excellent !
I usually try something different when I stop by my local store. I was pleasantly surprised with the 1783! Affordable, smooth with a nice finish. Perfect with one ice cube. (Not the ice from your auto dispenser. A real cube, from a tray, like when you were growing up) I digress... This will definitely be a constant in my bar.
