      SOKA is an uncategorized spirit, an intersection of flavors bound by our incessant curiosity and one key ingredient: sorghum cane. The spirit combines the distillates of fresh Wisconsin sorghum juice and syrup.

      The fresh juice lends green springy flavors while the syrup brings forward darker aromas of fall with notes of hay and toasted honey. The use of secondary fermentations contributes notes of fermented grass and a touch of brininess. The result is the taste of the American Heartland.
