Edinburgh Seaside Gin encapsulates the wonder of the shoreline near Edinburgh. This softly sweet, mineralistic London Dry uses botanicals that were foraged on beaches around Edinburgh. Bladderwrack seaweed, scurvygrass and ground ivy make this gin reminiscent of a bracing walk on a Scottish beach. Pair with tonic or shake as a martini... we enjoy ours with a slice of grapefruit or with a sprig of crisp, salty samphire.
