Don Gato Tequila Reposado

After the death of his mentor, Don Gato lost his passion for fighting, but not for tequila. After avenging El General’s death, he sold his car and invested in what turned out to be a lucrative pyramid scheme. With his earnings, Don Gato went to Vegas, gambled half on black, and lost. Despite the loss, complimentary tequila lifted his spirits, and feeling reinvigorated, he gambled the remaining money on black and won. Returning to Jalisco with his winnings, Don Gato bought a field and planted 100% blue weber agave, grown in the lowlands for a minimum of five years under ideal conditions. His tequila, crafted with a blend of traditional and modern methods, involves a Tahona wheel for a sweeter flavor and dual distillation techniques for a robust yet clean taste. Aged in used bourbon casks and completely additive-free, Don Gato's tequila is pure and high-quality.

The 100% blue weber agave plants are grown in the lowlands of Jalisco for a minimum of 5 years. The microclimate there allows for hotter temperatures and high humidity than the highlands, yielding the high quality plants for making tequila.
