      Here’s something you don’t see every day. A fourteen-year-old light whiskey from Indiana (20%), meticulously blended with a twenty-month-old malt (80%) from Texas. And half of the malt was heavily peated? C’mon… It’s rare for such a strange spirit to slide into your glass with confidence and poise - yet here we are. Malted barley and single grain living harmoniously in their glass house. They probably won’t throw stones at you, but you can expect a nose full of toasted marshmallow, oak varnish, cold damp campfire, and a light melon sugar. The bright nose sets you up nicely for a burst of honeydew melon, dense sweetness, and a peppery finish.
