The finished product is intensely aromatic and flavorful, with a velvety texture and aromatic bouquet, laced with hints of cr me br l e, candied orange and iris flower The nose starts with an exquisite tasting of sandalwood and cigar leaves, followed by toffee, marzipan, and fresh honey and finished with the delicate perfume of early summer blossom. On the palate, licorice, dried plum, and apricot, all full-bodied and rich, build to a smoldering intensity that lingers on the palate seemingly forever.
