Cap gets stuck on bottles
we use when we don't want to drink a whole bottle of something good but plan to finish within a week or so. Downside: one of our caps is permanently stuck to an empty bottle & have to request a replacement.

Oxidative flavors still develop quickly
I own a bottle shop and bought this so I could offer customers higher end wine by the glass.. yes the the aperture of the needle let's you pour a glass of wine much quicker than an original Coravin- however I don't know if it's the Pivot or the Pivot stoppers but oxygen is still able to come in contact with the wine. By day three you can definitely taste oxidative flavors in the wine, so much so I really can't in good conscience sell it. Very disappointed- not only have I lost money in the purchase, but the bottles of wine I sacrificed to give it a couple more chances to work.
