      Ingredients
      2 oz. Compass Box Artist's Blend
      1 oz. Honey Ginger Syrup
      1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
      .25 oz. Compass Box The Peat Monster
      Steps
      1 Add Compass Box Artist's Blend, lemon juice and Honey Ginger Syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
      2 Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
      3 Top with the Peat Monster and garnish with a piece of candied ginger or lemon zest.
