      Ingredients
      2 oz. Cierto Tequila Private Collection Reposado
      1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
      1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
      1/4 oz. Mayan Honey Syrup
      1 oz. Sparkling Water
      Garnish Grapefruit Slice
      Steps
      1 Add all ingredients (minus sparkling water) and shake with ice until chilled.
      2 Strain into highball glass with ice.
      3 Top with sparkling water and garnish with grapefruit slice.
