About
Winery Notes Brut Speciale is the flagship of the Cheurlin collection and a justifiably renowned champagne. This special blend is crafted with only the best grape varieties and has ascended to a category of its own. Finely balanced and a remarkably low dosage. Tasting Notes The color is characterized by a brilliant sunglow color with amber highlights. Effervescence is dense and persistent, with fine, regular bubbles. The nose is elegant with beautiful notes of white flowers, hawthorn and linden. Followed by white fruit (pear and apple) and a symphony of orange, mandarin and strawberry. The palate starts with brioche and vine peach, followed by notes of white fruit (pear and apple.) Finishing with a mixture of currant and blood orange. Winemaking Notes Primary fermentation takes place in thermostatically controlled stainless-steel vats. The Champagne is aged in a temperate (53.6°F) and humidity (95°) controlled chamber.
