CHATEAU ROSÉ ET OR

Rose et Or encapsulates the Château Minuty Saint-Tropez estate, the very heart of the leading premium rosé producer in France and Europe. It speaks of the seaside with its freshness and flavors, and represents the ultimate in what a quality Côtes de Provence rosé can achieve: it’s gentle freshness giving way to concentrated, almost gourmet flavors. In addition to Minuty's trademark Grenache, a small proportion of the local grape Cinsault is added for freshness.    

Citrus fruit and white flower aromas give way to complex notes of pink grapefruit and white peach on the palate. A wine with finesse, complexity, incredible freshness and a long finish, it moves from the terrace to the white table cloth like nothing else can.

• Grape Varieties: 80% Grenache, 20% Cinsault
• Vineyard: Sourced exclusively from the original estate vineyard, a half-mile from the ocean and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The vineyard is 100% hand-harvested with HVE (Sustainable) Certification
• Winemaking: Direct pressing to extract free-run juice only and aged 4 months in stainless steel
