      Beyond the Label

      A new adventure in tequila! Somewhere along the way, tequila lost its sense of adventure and left us with only two extremes: cheap sugary shots and stuffy heritage brands. Casa Rica is a labor of love that mixes tradition, expertise, and innovation to create delicious tequilas meant to be sipped and savored by all.

      Instead of the traditional wine barrel, our Rosado’s distinct hue comes from the pink-tinted heart (or piña) of the agave. The Rosado imparts a natural heat and a can’t-put-your-finger-on-it tropical essence: Is that zesty lemon, dusty lemongrass, sweet berries or—maybe, just maybe—a trace of rose?

      Floral & Sweet

      It could just be the blush of the Rosado, but there is undoubtedly a floral and sweet essence. Just a hint of pepper reminding you that this is indeed tequila.

      Palate

      A combination of sweet and sharp, with a natural balance not unlike your favorite citrus. Sweet, but leaving your palate clean and awake, ready for another taste.

      Finish

      The Rosado’s sassy, spicy (but not fiery) finish has an attitude all its own.

      La Rica

      Ingredients
      1 1/2 oz. Casa Rica Rosado
      1 Medium Wild Strawberry
      1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
      3/4 oz. Strawberry Puree
      3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
      1 oz Rose Wine
      Steps
      1 Muddle strawberry, combine ingredients, shake, and strain into a coupe glass.
      2 Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
