About
Single Malt Whisky hand-crafted with Bere Barley, the oldest strain of barley in Scotland, grown entirely on Islay. The results speak for themselves. Head Distiller Adam Hannett says, “The nose on the spirit is similar in flavor profile to regular Scottish barley but the bere has more emphasis on the fruit and malt notes. It seems more full bodied, it seems to have more depth and is more pronounced – more green fruit – gooseberries, apples and pears – and malt character.” • 100% Bere Barley grown on Islay • Aged 9 years • Matured in American oak from Ex-Bourbon and Tennessee whiskies’ • 50% ABV
