      Harnessing over 130 years of rum making expertise, Brugal created 1888, an exceptional double-aged Dominican rum, regarded as one of the world’s best. 1888 is first matured in American oak casks, followed by a second maturation in Spanish oak casks. This extensive maturation process creates a sophisticated rum with a complex, rich and beautifully balanced flavor profile of toffee, vanilla, peach, cocoa and cloves. Like the world’s finest whiskies, Brugal 1888 was crafted to be sipped neat, but is equally great enjoyed over frozen coconut water ice, or in a spirit-forward cocktail like the Old Fashioned.

      Ingredients
      1.5 oz Brugal 1888
      1 oz Fresh Espresso
      0.5 oz Coffee Liquor
      0.25 oz Simple Syrup
      0.25 oz Licor 43
      3 Coffee Beans
      Steps
      1 Add the Brugal 1888, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake well until chilled.
      2 Strain into a cocktail glass.
      3 Garnish with coffee beans.
