      Make a Cocktail

      Pure Scot Pandan Old Fashioned

      Ingredients
      50ml Pure Scot Signature
      5-15ml Pandan sugar syrup
      2 dashes Aromatic bitters
      Ingredients for Pandan sugar syrup: Equal parts sugar to water (this recipe 1 cup:1 cup) Fresh or frozen Pandan (can be found at any Asian grocery store)
      Steps
      1 Heat sugar and water on stove until sugar is dissolved and syrup is clear.
      2 Remove from heat and place half a Pandan leaf in warm syrup and let sit until cooled.
      3 You can add more or less Pandan depending on how strong a flavour you'd like.
      4 Remove Pandan and keep in fridge.
      5 Once chilled, make yourself a classic Old Fashioned to your taste, replacing sugar syrup with your Pandan syrup.
